Pake frames were the cheaper single speed (vs Soma) welded in Taiwan. They also made a cruiser type bike, and this commuter/c'mute in the "limited edition" pave-mint colorway. It's the non-prestige/infinity tange tubed iteration on a swiss army knife surly cross check or soma double cross. It has the iconic robins egg blue reminiscent of the surly, with a stripped and clear coated All-City Macho man fork (yellow). It has a taller head tube above the top tube, thereby requiring less headset spacers. In contrast to the true surly, it doesn't have the stamped "s" on the rear drops. I have gone ahead and dremel removed material from the original integrated seat clamp and bridge for brake style cantilever.

Drivetrain has a clutch style Deore Long Cage rear der. 11-42t rear cassette 10s shimano Deore. 40T Front ring RaceFace Narrow Wide. 175mm Crank Length SRAM Force Cranks off a Trek Madone. SRAM GXP BB ROAD.
Rear wheel is an Australian Velocity Fusion laced to a vintage Ultegra with an upgraded slightly longer FreeHub for this cassette (Shimano).
Rear XT V-Brake/Lever. Front pictured XT V-Brakes come with purchase...cabling and Avid front lever provided. Front brake mounts are gold/titanium and are removable from fork. From hub is a sealed bearing Marin, generic rim.
Wolf Tooth silver seat clamp. Rear shifting/braking is cabled. Front brake will come un-cabled.
Soma Clarence bars...cut down a bit.
MSW 31.8x110mm length stem black.
Cane Creek 40 series headset 1-1/8"
Yokozuna housing for brakes. Surly Hurdy Gurdy tensioner. Surly decal kit and head tube.
